Today we take a closer look at the file hoster WDupload.com. We test the upload, download, free account and various multihosters with the provider. The premium account costs €14.95 per month and we look at whether it is worth it. Spoiler: The multihoster Premiumize.me performed very well in our test and we were able to download from WDUpload.com at full speed.
WDUpload apparently no longer exists. The successor is Emload.com.
Premium Account Advantages
The premium account from WDUploaded promises the typical advantages of a file hoster. Especially the offer for one month is relatively expensive compared to other filehosters.

Download test
For our download test, we have a Mbit line at our disposal and, as an exception, we do not use a VPN so as not to falsify the result. We uploaded a 100 MB file to WDUpload and carried out the test on 25.03.2020 at 23:30. For the download, we use the Google Chrome browser and the browser's download manager.
Free account
We first test the download with the free account. Before the file can be downloaded, we have to wait 45 seconds and solve a captcha. Unfortunately, even after the third attempt, we keep getting the error message "Error Occured, Please verify the captcha to download this file". Of course we have solved the captcha correctly, but still the problems remain and we cannot download the file.
On the fourth attempt, the download finally started. Unfortunately, the free WDUpload account could not deliver what it promised. We only achieved a download speed of 24.5 KB per second and would need about an hour for 100 MB. The free account is therefore virtually unusable. You can only download a PDF file or an ebook with it.
Premiumize.me Multihoster
With the multihoster Premiumize.me we were able to download the test file from WDUpload.com at 6.5 MB per second. This corresponds to the maximum download speed of our internet connection. The premium account with the multihoster costs only €9.99 and is therefore not €5 cheaper than the file hoster. In addition, you get access to over 30 other filehosters, torrent files and a VPN. Premiumize.me is a great alternative and we can recommend it with a clear conscience.
Linksnappy Multihoster
With the multihoster Linksnappy we cannot reach the test file from WDUpload. The multihoster also states that the filehoster is not supported at the moment. Linkifier and Alldebrid also do not offer support for the filehoster. We will test the multihosters again with WDUpload.com in the next few weeks and share our experiences with you.
Update 15.07.2020: Today we were able to download from WDupload at full speed. We used the premium account from the multihoster Linksnappy and JDownloader 2.

Upload test
The upload of the test file went without problems. We were able to upload the file with the maximum upload speed of our internet line. We were able to upload the 100 MB within 5 minutes.
Premium Account Costs
Here you can find the costs for the WDUpload Premium Account. The provider is somewhat more expensive than other filehosters or multihosters. If you use the provider regularly, it is best to get an account for 180 days or 365 days to save costs.

WDUpload offers many different payment options. You have the option of paying for the premium account with a credit card, Paypal and Bitcoin. If you would like to use other payment methods, you can access a reseller and get almost everything there.
