Today we take a closer look at the premium link generator Neodebrid. At first glance, the service looks promising and supports many popular filehosters such as Uploaded, Turbobit, Nitroflaire, WDUpload and 1Fichier. In addition, there is the option to use Neodebrid for free and you have up to 1 GB of download traffic and 5 files per day at your disposal. Of course, a premium account is also offered and the cost is 9.99€ for 30 days.
For our download test, we have a 200 MBit Internet line from Vodafon at our disposal. We use the normal Chrome browser without VPN or other extensions. Basically, Neodebrid also supports the download manager JDownloader 2, which makes the handling a bit more comfortable.
Try Neodebrid for free
First we try Neodebrid for free and download a file from Uploaded.net. We use the free Premium Link Generator and insert a URL from Uploaded.net. The download is ready immediately after one click and with another click the download of the 500 MB test file starts.
Uploaded: maximum speed
The Uploaded file is downloaded at just under 23 MB per second, which is the maximum download speed of our internet line. 500 MB are loaded onto our hard drive within a few seconds.
Before we can download the next file, we get the message: Error: Please wait 10 minutes before posting new link. So there is a 10 minute wait between downloads.
DDownload.com: Download starts immediately
The next file for our test is from the filehoster DDownload.com. Again, the file is available immediately and the download starts right after clicking the button. The download speed is 10-11 MB per second and the 500 MB are downloaded in a few seconds.
1Fichier: File error
With the french filehoster we only get the error message from Neodebrid: Failed to get Link, please re-try later. We will try again later and see if the download with 1Ficher works then. Probably it's because we exceeded the daily download limit.
Neodebrid Premium Membership test and experience
Apparently, we ran out of download traffic after two files. To be able to test Neodebrid further, we buy a premium account. We use Paypal as payment method. To pay for the account we have to enter our Paypal address and our zip code. This fact is no problem for us, because we only download our test file and no illegal movies, games or music. Our membership status is immediately changed to Premium and we now have much more file hosting and download traffic available.
The Premium status also offers us the possibility to download 5 files at the same time with the browser. We have had quite good experiences with the service so far. Unfortunately, we could not reach some files with every hoster. A very good alternative is Linksnappy or Premiumize.me.
1Fichier: Very good
With the upgrade of the membership to the Premium status, the download from the French file hoster 1Fichier also works without any problems. The download starts immediately and the download speed is 24 MB per second, which is also the maximum download speed of our internet line.
NitroFlare: Offline
We were looking forward to the next supported file hoster. Unfortunately, with Nitroflare we only get the error message from Neodebrid: Failed to get premium link. This time it's not because of the daily download limit or something like that. We'll have to try again later.
Filer.net: Offline
Also Filer.net is apparently not reachable. We get the same message as with Nitroflare. This is especially unfortunate since Neodebrid states on its service status page that the filehoster is online.
Mediafire: Online
We were able to reach the file hoster Mediafire with Neodebrid. The file was ready for download immediately and one click later we could download our file with 5-6 MB per second.
WDupload: Host online
The file from the file hoster WDupload was also immediately ready for download. However, after clicking on the download, we got a warning from the Google Chrome browser that this is not a secure connection.
Payment options Paypal, credit card, Bitcoin
There are many different ways to pay for your premium account at Neodebrid. If you would like to pay as anonymously as possible, you should of course choose the Bitcoin payment method. Paysafecard is unfortunately not available. Payment by credit card or Paypal is particularly convenient and uncomplicated.
